ChemOrigins will undergo some important updates in the following weeks to include the critical feedback. Thanks for the patience!

Modules

What are modules?

Modules are groups of chemical reactions. They enable building prebiotic chemical pathways, reporting the chemical hypothesis behind a specific experiment, or simply enumerating reactions connected by any criteria.

How are they built?

A module can be defined only as a list of chemical reaction identifiers. Check the documentation to find information about how to define your own modules.
